This is a well-written, beautifully illustrated book about a boy who liked to wear dresses. I love that his parents, even though they were not sure if they should let him wear a dress to school, supported him and his mother even helped him to sew his own dress. I think that this is a great book for children to read and to learn that it is ok to dress the way they want to. It helps children learn to accept one another and themselves.
