This book is a fascinating look at exercise and how it affects our bodies, moods, aging process and more. The author references a myriad of studies about topics from the type of shoes you should wear while running (or is barefoot better?), to the effect of drinking low fat chocolate milk after a workout. I think that one must have been done by the dairy industry. I learned a lot about exercise and also wondered who thought up some of the studies and who would volunteer to participate in some of them. I found the book to be interesting and insightful and I highly recommend it!
